The Nigeria Fintech Week (NFW) is one of Africa's biggest event in the Fintech industry, but many people felt it wasn't for them. We teamed up with the Fintech Association of Nigeria to change that. Fintech impacts everyone, from market traders to keke Napep drivers to farmers using mobile money. So, how do we bridge the gap and make NFW23 an event for all?
The Solution: A Multi-Faced Approach with a Human Touch
Messaging: We ditched the technical jargon and embraced plain language, We crafted messaging so clearly, that even your grandma and the kind your uncle selling oranges at the market could understand. But we didn't forget the experts! We maintained dual messaging, catering to both professionals and everyday users.
Visuals: Think market scenes, keke Napeps, and POS transactions, not pie charts and graphs. We used real-life imagery that resonated with everyday people and showcased the true impact of fintech in their lives.
Campaign Blitz: We went all out! Traditional marketing like BRT buses and billboards, brought NFW to the streets. Social media, email blasts, and influencer campaigns spread the word online. The message was clear: NFW wasn't just for the suits; it was for everyone.
The Tone: We kept it fun, engaging, and conversational, like chatting with a friend. But we also maintained a professional and empowering vibe, showing the industry's authority. Plus, a healthy dose of FOMO never hurts!

The Key Learning: Going Beyond Deliverables
But the real win? Going beyond deliverables. We started with a set number of graphics and animations, but the passion for inclusion fueled our creativity, leading to 186 designs and 12 motion graphics, most of them used! This project taught us that listening to the client's true goal and adapting to their needs is key to creating impactful campaigns. This is a testament to our commitment to exceeding expectations and achieving impactful results.
